I'm in Paris without a photographer booked and I kind of regret it

I'm in Paris right now, and I have to be honest with you about something.

This is my fourth time here. The previous three trips, I booked a Flytographer session every single time. This trip I didn't, and I'm already feeling it.

We've had incredible days. Montmartre, the Louvre, crepe classes, wandering Saint-Germain. All of it. And my phone is full of pictures where I'm not in a single one, or someone's eyes are closed, or I'm holding the phone at a weird angle trying to get the fountain in the background.

The photos from our past Paris shoots are the ones that actually live in my house. The ones where we all look like we're actually there, actually together, actually having the time we were having. Those are the photos I pull up when I want to remember a trip.

I'm not saying this to be dramatic. I'm saying it because I know a lot of you are planning summer trips right now, and if Europe or Hawaii or a big US city is on your list, this is the thing I'd tell you not to skip.
